Job summary

Children Making Strides in Massachusetts seeks enthusiastic ABA Therapists for in-home, daycare and center-based settings to provide ABA therapy to children with autism aged 2-9, and to draft progress reports for senior health professionals.

We offer dynamic training and supervision from BCBAs, paid industry-leading training, tuition reimbursement, and a sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. Be part of a caring, child-led team focused on joyful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Positive, patient, and creative individuals.
• Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registered vehicle and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services to children at their homes or in our clinic, drafting reports to relay their progress to senior health professionals.
• Help children build vital life skills surrounding communication and socialization needs.
• Work alongside like-minded individuals to create best outcomes and impacts.
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences.
