AllTheWay ABA in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral challenges under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities

• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.

Behavior Technician (BT) Job Summary:

The BT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with behavioral challenges.

Behavior Technician (BT) Responsibilities:
