AllTheWay ABA in Attleboro, MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The BT works under a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans for children facing behavioral challenges.

You will apply ABA techniques, assist with ADLs, document progress, and collaborate with families. The role offers flexible hours Mon–Fri with weekend options, between $26.00 and $28.00 per hour, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.
• A background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
