ABA360 is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes and community settings in New Jersey. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, while collaborating closely with a clinical team and families.

No prior experience is required, with opportunities to pursue the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician certification and grow in a thriving ABA field.

Need to Knows

• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
