ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, supporting independence and positive behaviors. You will work as part of a clinical team and implement skill-building plans with accuracy in data recording.

Ideal candidates are willing to learn, patient, and reliable with transportation; no prior experience required. Employment starts part-time, with after-school hours and weekend opportunities, offering entry into the ABA field.

Qualifications

Need to Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
