What You’ll Do:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and community environments
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with families to support skill generalization and therapy goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience working with children or in behavioral therapy
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
• Afternoon/evening availability for at least 2-4 days per week
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• RBT certification is a plus, but not required
