What You Will Do

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Report to clients’ homes for therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality care and support.
• Log daily observations and report critical data to monitor progress.
• Receive supervision by BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques.
• Contribute to clients’ progress in developing positive behaviors and skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in a school or home setting.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of start date.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course or willingness to take it through our company.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to work flexible, part-time hours with potential for full-time hours.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to build rapport with clients and families.
• Organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Over 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents on the autism spectrum and with developmental disabilities.
