• 1 year of experience in Special Education preferred.
• 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following patients’ treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy provides home-based ABA services for clients throughout the East Coast. We seek ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team, providing services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA supervisor.
