Join us for a chance to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive team!

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration

Golden Care Therapy is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home-based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Our admin team members bring firsthand experience as ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We foster a dedicated and passionate team culture, with annual performance reviews to support professional growth.
