Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and young adults with autism and related developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers roughly 15–20 hours per week with competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work in clients’ homes and occasionally in local schools, implement Behavior Plans, document progress in a mobile app, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors.

• Experience or willingness to obtain CPR/BLS certification.

What You’ll Do:

• Help Kids Learn and Grow: Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.

• Always Stay Active: Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.

• Keep Things Organized: Document kiddos’ progress and milestones using a mobile application while following Behavior Plans, objectives, and instruction from the BCBA/Program supervisor.

• Consistent Work Setting: You’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in local schools depending on our client’s needs.

• Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope through providing true behavior support services and crisis intervention.

What You’ll Need:

• Passion for working with children with Special Needs

• Strong Communication Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required/ College Education

• Minimum of One (1) Year relevant experience preferred

• Current CPR/BLS certification or Willingness to obtain one

• Computer proficiency Required
