Estimated hours: Part‑time or Full‑time positions available with 10+ hours per week. Preferred availability M‑F 9am‑3pm.

Depending on tentative caseloads, potential locations of operation for Behavior Technicians may be within a 15‑20 mile radius from the listing location.

Behavior One Autism Solutions has the following hours of operation for clinical services: Mondays–Sundays 8:00am‑8:00pm (Session times are based on employee's availability).

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (e.g. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community.
• Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis.
• Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication.
• Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience.
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Provide evidence of negative TB test results.
• Pass FBI & DOJ Live Scan background check.
• Ability to travel to various locations daily.
