• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated data collection tools and methods.
• Assist clients in acquiring and practicing functional skills across domains such as communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment to promote engagement, motivation, and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team to review progress, adjust strategies, and ensure consistency.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and other team members, providing updates on progress.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA.
