Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Kansas is seeking an ABA Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required; positions start part-time with flexible afternoon or evening hours.

You will record session data, collaborate with families and our clinical team, and support skill-building through evidence-based interventions to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
• Directly implement skill building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
