BK Behavior is seeking empathetic, motivated individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will work directly with children with Autism, implement skill-building plans, and record progress data with our clinical team.

Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. These part-time roles offer flexible afternoon/evening hours and a pathway into education or psychology fields.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
