Job summary

Behavioral Innovations - Oklahoma City Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, a clear path for career growth, and schedule 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time needs 25 hrs/week.

Opportunities to advance from RBT roles to Senior RBT and BCBA with internal growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
