Job summary

Behavioral Innovations Round Rock Treatment Center is hiring entry-level Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy for children aged 18 months to 10 years. You’ll work 1:1 under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support communication and social skills development.

We offer paid training and RBT certification support, BCBA supervision, and a clear career path from entry level to Senior RBT or BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
