Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is hiring a Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder through ABA therapy in home and community settings. You will help teach communication and daily living skills under supervision, ensuring accurate data collection and client safety.

The role offers part-time hours (4 days/week, after 3pm) with a supportive team, ongoing growth opportunities, and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 60 college credits completed OR 6 months of recent work experience with children with developmental disabilities OR an active RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during sessions.
• Maintain energy, professionalism, and effective communication with families during sessions.
