Job summary

Crossroads Continuum's Crossroads School in Marlborough, MA is hiring an Applied Behavior Analysis Teacher 1 (ABAT 1) for a full-time, 7:30 AM–3:00 PM schedule. You will implement IEPs and support academic, social and life skills development for students from pre-K through 12th grade.

You will work closely with seasoned clinicians, including PhD-level BCBAs, and enjoy a family-friendly schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; relevant experience or education preferred.
• Experience with ABA, special education, or direct care is preferred.
• Must be able to pass all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Support academic, social and life skills development for students.
• Ensure high-quality services and collaborate with clinicians including PhD level BCBAs.
• Work with children, adolescents, or adults in a school setting.
