Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking empathetic individuals to deliver in-home ABA services and support children with Autism. You will follow evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors in clients’ homes or community settings.

No prior experience is required, as full training is provided and schedules are designed for part-time hours, ideal for students or caregivers seeking flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
