Job summary

aba360 is seeking an entry-level ABA role to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in client homes and community locations in New Jersey. The position offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

No prior experience is required, and candidates who are compassionate, patient, and eager to learn are encouraged to apply. You will work as part of a clinical team and help families implement skill-building plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
