Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in New Jersey. This entry-point role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and the chance to work with children with autism, using evidence-based interventions to support independence.

No prior experience required; training and supervision provided. The role helps families, partners with a clinical team, and can lead to further opportunities in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping individuals with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
