Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking a part-time ABA Assistant to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions, while recording session data and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling suitable for students, and opportunities for growth in the ABA field. No prior experience is required, with full training provided.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
