Heartland Behavior in Kansas is seeking individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided to help you start making a difference for children with Autism.

Ideal applicants are patient, reliable, and eager to learn, with a flexible schedule that suits part-time roles and student arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required
