Job summary

BK Behavior in Sidney, Nebraska is seeking registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building and care plans under supervision, recording session data with electronic devices, and supporting families.

This is a part-time role with potential for growth within a strong clinical team. Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with Autism, patient, compassionate, and willing to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
