Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of ABA Services in North Carolina to lead and mentor our Behavior Analysts and RBT staff. You will drive clinical quality and operational effectiveness across teams, with a focus on supervision, staff development, and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field.
• BCBA credential with at least two years of hands-on experience.
• Two years designing and implementing ABA-based treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience training caregivers and team members in delivering behavioral interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive conversations with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing leadership and guidance to Behavior Analysts and senior RBT staff to support clinical quality and operational effectiveness.
• Hold regular check-ins with clinicians and team leads to monitor progress and address needs.
• Track staff workload balance and ensure appropriate client oversight.
• Evaluate clinical documentation and offer improvement recommendations.
• Mentor staff in supervisory skills and leadership.
• Develop relationships with caregivers and external partners.
• Create clear, visual data insights for team reviews.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop regional solutions and address challenges.
