Job summary

Fraser is seeking an Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator to organize staff and client schedules across locations and possibly provide clinical services to children. You will collaborate with Client Services and ensure smooth daily operations in ABA programs.

The role involves onboarding training, materials creation on autism, and active collaboration to maintain high quality care for children aged 2–7 with ASD.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
  • Experience with children with special needs preferred.
  • Effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor intake, discharge and wait lists for ABA services and advise on enrollment planning.
  • Assess staffing needs and collaborate with Human Resources to meet program staffing and budget needs.
  • Coordinate daily staffing using available staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Lead onboarding training for Behavior Technicians and assist in ongoing staff training.
  • Create materials on autism spectrum disorders for families and Fraser staff.
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure quality client care.
  • Notify Supervisors of caseload changes to maintain productivity expectations.
  • Maintain supplies for assigned program areas and sites.
  • Float to cover duties at assigned locations as needed.
  • Provide child-centered, responsive approaches for ages 2–7 with ASD.
  • Engage with families and team members to promote quality care.

Do you have a passion for clients and employees alike? Would you like to use your skills to support our Applied Behavior Analysis program on an administrative side of things? This is the role for you! As the Applied Behavior Analysis Services Coordinator, you would collaborate with Client Services in the organization of staff and client schedules across locations and you may provide clinical services to children as well.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor intake, discharge and wait lists for ABA services by providing appropriate enrollment and discharge planning consultation using sound independent judgment.
  • Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources to meet program staffing and budget needs in ABA services including effectively interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate day to day staffing needs utilizing available staff, float or on-call staff to ensure adequate coverage to meet programming needs.
  • Lead onboarding training for Behavior Technicians in the programs assigned. Assist in the ongoing training of staff
  • Create materials and provide information on autism spectrum disorders and related disorders to families and for use by Fraser clinical staff, other divisions of Fraser, and for Fraser management.
  • Collaborate with support staff across divisions to ensure quality of client care.
  • Notify Supervisors and Client Services staff (Intake) of changes in caseload to assist clinical staff maintaining appropriate productivity expectations.
  • Ensure appropriate supplies are maintained for assigned program areas and sites.
  • Upon request, float to cover clinical and/or coordinator duties at assigned locations.
  • Provide person-centered, responsive approaches and interventions children aged 2-7 with ASD.
  • Engage in respectful, open communication with the individual's receiving services, the responsible party and other family and team members to promote consistent, quality care.

Schedule and pay

  • Full time, Salaried Monday through Friday 7:30am- 4pm
  • Hourly rate of $20.67/ hr
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
  • Ability to pass DHS Background Check
  • Experience with children with special needs required
  • Effective communication in the English language
  • Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
