Heartland Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement skill-building activities and care plans as part of a clinical team, recording session data and promoting positive change.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided and positions start part-time, with flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve on the clinical team with direct skill-building and care plan implementation.
