Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join a supportive ABA team providing one-on-one services to children with Autism. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and collaborate with clinicians and families to promote independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Communicate and collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
