Job summary

Avion ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Vineyard, Utah. You will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collecting data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide ABA therapy directly with clients.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behaviors.
