Job summary

Heartland ABA in Colorado is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings.

You will record session data, contribute to individualized care plans, and collaborate with a compassionate clinical team. No prior experience? Paid training is provided, and a commitment of at least six months is encouraged. Part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance through BCBA programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
