Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team and support clients in achieving their goals through one-on-one ABA services.

You will use evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior, while recording data and collaborating with a clinical team. Services occur in clients' homes or community settings, with flexible part-time hours and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Willing to commit for at least 6 months to help change clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
