ABA/RBT/PCA Therapist - Part-Time Flexibility

Discovery Therapy, a company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking ABA-PCA, RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Early Intervention team!

We are looking for an excellent ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA to join our Early Intervention community team within Philadelphia County. Services will be provided for children with a variety of developmental and/or learning disabilities that require ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA services.

The ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA will work directly, one-on-one (1:1) with children in preschool, daycare, or center environments. Generally, the kiddos we help will receive support for 3-7 hours each day to ensure their success in these settings.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing One-on-One (1:1) support for children.
• Assisting children who may have behavioral challenges, medical/physical limitations, or neurological diagnoses.
• Implementing instructional strategies tailored to each child's needs.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma REQUIRED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications REQUIRED.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges and self-care needs in the 3-5 age group PREFERRED.
