Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking dedicated individuals for part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles in the Missouri area. We provide training and support to help eligible candidates earn their RBT certification before starting services.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings, maintaining session data and collaborating with a clinical team to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calmness in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
