Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in their homes or community settings in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
