Heartland-Aba-1 in Piketon is hiring entry-level to certified RBTs to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to start with paid training.

You will work with our clinical team to implement evidence-based ABA interventions, record session data, and help families achieve goals. Same Day Pay helps managing finances, with pay right after clocking in.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Need to work in clients' homes or community-based locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
