Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team supporting children and families. This role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling and immediate access to compensation through same-day pay.

As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based ABA services, record data, and collaborate with a clinical team to help clients achieve their goals. Training is provided; RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
