Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individual goals. You will provide one‑on‑one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording data.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible schedules, access to professional advancement through BCBA programs, and a supportive clinical team. Paid training is provided to new entrants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion to handle challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
