Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings and document progress on each session.

We offer same-day pay, part-time schedules, advancement opportunities with BCBA programs, a supportive clinical team, and referral bonuses. Paid training is provided to new RBTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience and compassion with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement care plans.
• Engage families to reinforce learning in home settings.
