Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in the United States. Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, implement evidence-based interventions, and support client independence. This role offers part-time opportunities, same-day pay options, flexible scheduling, and pathways for BCBA-related advancement within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required prior to working
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families
