Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, contribute to skill-building plans, and document progress using electronic devices.

This role emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive clinical team. We offer paid training for those new to the field and opportunities for professional advancement within a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Commitment to supporting children with Autism.
• Ability to learn and apply ABA techniques in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Integrate as a core member of the clinical team for skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
