Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Iowa seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team and support children with Autism in home or community settings.

As an RBT, you will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, record data, and collaborate with families to improve clients’ independence. Part-time hours and continuous training are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required to work in role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
