Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with Autism in achieving their goals. As an ABA professional, you will provide high-quality one-on-one services and collaborate with a clinical team to drive meaningful progress.

Positions are part-time with flexible hours and same‑day pay. Paid training is provided, and you’ll have opportunities for advancement within a robust ABA program that cares for both clients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
