Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording data on electronic devices, and supporting families to foster progress and independence.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma, RBT certification, and a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification must be obtained before starting work.
• Passion for helping children with Autism and learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or in community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team and families to implement care plans.
