Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings with a focus on independence and positive behavior support.

We offer same-day pay, flexibility to fit your schedule, and opportunities to advance through partnerships with BCBA schooling programs. All roles start part-time, with a commitment of 6 months and a supportive clinical team behind you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month period and work in client homes or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Record session data accurately using electronic data collection devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
