Job summary

Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy, pairing with clients and supporting goal attainment across in-home, onsite, or community settings in South Florida.

The role emphasizes data collection, adherence to individualized treatment plans, and collaboration with BCBA and caregivers. Fluent English required; bilingual is a plus. Flexible schedule with PT/FT opportunities available in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Board Certified by the BACB with the Registered Behavior Technician, RBT credential.
• High School diploma, with one or more years’ experience providing direct services to recipients with mental health disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Documented certifications of in-services in the treatment of mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient’s rights, crisis management strategies, and confidentiality
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred

Responsibilities

• The mission of the Behavior Technician is to produce socially-significant behavior improvement that meets regulatory standards applicable to behavior analysis in an ethical manner that meet the needs of the client(s).
• Shows enthusiasm for the field of ABA and creates a fun and motivational environment.
• Demonstrates skills in reducing problem behaviors and follows the individualized treatment plan.
• Gathers materials to be used in session and demonstrates skills in acquisition programs.
• Communicates frequently with BCBA and caregivers and upholds BACB's ethical guidelines
