Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Iowa seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to join our in-home ABA team. This part-time role offers flexibility and the benefit of same-day pay after clocking in and out.

Provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and record data to support client progress. Training is provided and there is potential to advance within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor when interacting with children and families.
• Willingness to learn and commitment to making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or in community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as directed by the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families to support progress.
