Job summary

Heartland ABA in Lincoln, NE seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, in homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule and supports a robust clinical team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and RBT certification is mandatory before working; a 6-month commitment is requested.
