Job summary

Heartland ABA in Nebraska is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in homes and community settings. You will implement evidence-based strategies, collect session data, and support families while collaborating with a supportive clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

All roles start part-time with paid training; Same Day Pay is offered to access funds after clocking in.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
