Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community-based locations. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, with a strong clinical team in place.

The position is part-time with opportunity for professional advancement and flexible scheduling. No pay is provided until training is completed, but paid training is offered for onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
