BK Healthcare Management is seeking registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community locations, supporting independence and positive behavior.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
